A little bit about me...

I am a born and raised Texan.  A mama to 4 crazy littles all 6 and under.  A christian.  A wife.  A fitness addict.  Lover of queso.  Household COO.  Full time worker in corporate America. Just a regular girl.

I have always loved working out....though at times in my life it hasn't always been a priority like it should have been. Eating better and focusing more on being healthy is a newer love and passion that I have found over the last few years espeically after having kids and having to deal with the aftermath that leaves your body in!

I always have friends and acquaintances that ask me about things like working out, eating right, makeup, you name it, and I love sharing anything I know with others.

I decided I wanted to start to share the things that I know and do to try and live a healthy, happy, and active life, in hopes of helping others out there to do that same.  All of us girls just want to be the best version of ourselves and I want to do what I can to help YOU!

I am not a personal trainer or licensed dietician.  I'm a regular girl, just like you, and I'm going to share with you the things that have worked for me to help me progress in my journey towards a healthy lifestyle and a fit body.  Along the way I'll talk about beauty, fashion, family, food, raising kids, and more.  My goal is to have fun and help all of you to reach the potential that I know you can and BE THE BEST YOU!
