Question….did you start singing your best Elsa voice when you read the title of this chapter? It can be a rhetorical question because I 100% know that you did….just like I did in my head the vast majority of the time I spent righting this chapter.   And just in case you’ve been living in a hole since 2013, I’m referencing a song in the Disney film Frozen…but again, let’s not pretend you didn’t already know that.

While it’s one of mine and my daughters favorite Disney tunes that will easily get stuck in your head for a week, it also has a pretty good message that applies perfectly to this chapter of the book.

Ok girls…if you follow me on Insta or FB then you probably saw my post with my big announcement about the book I have been working on for the last several months. It’s taken a lot to get to this point and to allow myself to put this out there and tell you all what I was doing, but now I couldn’t be more excited about it.

The book is about 90% of the way done…final chapter is underway now. I have no idea what will happen next. I have no idea where it will go or if it will turn into anything, but I can tell you that the process has been truly amazing. I have learned so much about myself and I feel so confident in the fact that I am being called to put these words on paper for a bigger plan that I don’t know about yet, that all I can feel is excitement for what’s to come.

So, I wanted to share the first chapter with you all here. Give you a little taste of what I have been working on. Give it a read, let me know what you think. Thanks babe 🖤

Almost a year and half ago, I was sitting at lunch with 2 of my best friends, when one of them started to tell us about the struggles she was going through in her marriage.  Serious struggles.  Unimaginable things that I never could have dreamed that anyone I knew would ever go through, let alone someone so close to me.  It broke my heart into a million pieces to hear her tell me these stories about what had been going on all of those years.  Tore me apart that I hadn’t been there to help her deal with it all and get through it….that she had bottled this up all of that time and kept it hidden from everyone in her life.  Dealt with it on her own.

So working my shoulders has also been a favorite for me as I feel like you can see changes and differences pretty quickly with that body part. But a more recentlyl added favorite body part to work is my back! I’ve started to see some changes and muscle definition there that i’ve never seen before and I’m loving it!!

In today’s workout I’ve put together some of my favorite moves that will work your shoulders, back and biceps. It’s a no weights needed, do anywhere workout. Hope you girls enjoy!!

Ok girls, it’s starting to get pretty chilly here in Dallas so you know what that means right??

ALL of the crockpot meals!! I LOVE that about the cooler weather! Crockpot meals are soooo easy and so warm and comforting to have ready when you come home from a long day.

Last night I made my baked potato soup and it was delicious as always….I mean so so so good. It’s a hit with the whole family, so I thought I would share it here with you girls.

So if you follow the blog then you probably read my post about a month ago about my detox cleanse and what that experience was like.
