The struggle is definitely real It's Christmas day..... I've just finished a large Christmas breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and bacon - per the request of the 4 littles in the house. Now I'm busily baking away in the kitchen preparing for what is one of my most unhealthy and delicious meals of the year - CHRISTMAS DINNER!!! 🙌🏼 LOVE me some Christmas dinner.
However, as I continuously eye the homemade holiday candy on the counter, and smell the brown sugar baking on the sweet potatoes in the oven (i'm human girls...yes I eat all of those things for Christmas 😊⛄️) I thought I would give my body a little break on this deliciously unhealthy holiday food day with a festive looking meal replacement smoothie for lunch.
