Ok girls…if you missed it yesterday on social media I wanted to make sure all of you know about the #MFLbootychallenge that is kicking off today!!
I have let my focus stray from working on building that booty lately and you would think that overnight someone came in and popped my tush like a balloon 🙄
Needless to say, I went on the hunt on google for some new booty building moves and came across a really cool 30 day challenge for building that booty!
I thought it would be a lot more fun if we all did this together!!
It’s SUPER simple!! There are only 3 moves that you will do. You will gradually increase the number of reps each day over the course of 30 days. There is a quick video below that shows you how to do each of the moves and here is the calendar to follow for the 30 days.
