15 minute Booty Burnin' πŸ”₯ Workout

Hi girls!! First off.....soooooo sorry!! I have slacked a little on getting my workout blog posts out to you girls :( So terrible of me!

It's by no means an excuse but we have had lots going on over the last few weeks...baseball games for my oldest little man, plus me and all the kiddos were all just in a wedding this past weekend.  That's right...you heard that correctly....all 4 of my littles in the wedding!! 😳 And you know what the best part is???? THEY DID AMAZING!! I seriously couldn't have been more proud of them! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ–€

But I digress.  Back to the workout.  So I have put 2 workouts up on Instagram over the last couple of weeks that you girls haven't yet gotten in your inbox....so for any of you that don't follow me on social media I had to make sure and get them out to you!!

This first one is ALL ABOUT THAT BOOTY!! πŸ‘I've been all about working my bum lately for some reason and am finally starting to see some changes πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Moves:

  • Jump squats x10

  • Bulgarian Lunge x10 (each side)

  • Raised bridge lift x 10

  • Side lunge x10 (each side)

  • Down dog/plank/leg raise x10 (each side)

  • Step up leg raise x10 (each side) 


Repeat for total of 3-4 sets. ⭐️ make sure when doing your squats and lunges to keep your weight in your heels, NOT πŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈ your toes for MAX booty burn!! ⭐️
