My Detox Cleanse - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

As promised, today I am bringing you the good, the bad, and the ugly on the 7 day detox cleanse that I just completed.  

I am SUPER excited to tell you girls all about this because it truly was an amazing, but more importantly, EDUCATIONAL, experience for me.

Now, you all know that I love me some fitness.  I love working out, lifting weights, trying new classes and sharing it all with you girls.  I love creating quick easy to do at home workouts so that you babes can work on your fitness on your own schedule.

A newer addition to my passions over the last year or so has been more around nutrition.

Finnnnnallly I am getting this up for you girls!! I have been asked many many times since I started the blog and social media accounts, how do I get my hair wavy like you see in the majority of my pictures? 🤔

I've promised a hair tutorial to show you girls all the details for a while now....ok, like 6 months 🤦🏻‍♀️.....so yeah, i'm sorry about that.  Honestly, I had no idea how much work and time would go into creating it either! But I am happy to report that I have finally knocked it out....edited it down to what I feel is an appropriate tutorial length for a video, and am ready to share with you babes.

So I recently put a question out on social media asking what day of the week you girls thought was the best day for me to post new workouts each week? Typically I always put them up on Sunday night so you could start the week with them, but I thought I should ask my audience and see what you thought was best!

Super glad I did because the response rate was pretty high for a couple of days...Tuesday and Wednesday....but Tuesday was the winner.  Several of you said that Monday's are typically pretty crazy and a little tougher to take on something new for the week but that Tuesday would be the perfect time.

Hi girls!! So a few weeks ago I was asked by Fré Skincare if I would be interested in trying out their product and reviewing it on social media.  I had never heard of the brand before so I decided to look it up and do a little research before I agreed.

Guess what I found when I looked them up??? They are a skincare line created with one thing in mind - SWEATY SKIN for girls who workout!!! Their line is geared toward people who are active and regularly sweating, active out in the sun, etc.  Sweat and sun can take a serious toll on your skin so they set out to create something designed specifically for that problem!

15 Minute Full Body Plate Workout

And as promised, here is workout number 2 that I owe you babes!!  I LOVE this workout because you can do it all with just 1 weight 🙌🏼

I changed things up a bit and used a plate weight for this workout because we have lots of them laying around our garage and I wanted to increase my weight a bit, but you could easily just use a dumbbell for this workout as well.  I'm using a 35lb plate in the video.

This is another in the 15 minute workout series so keep moving at a quick base and you will hit your entire body....upper, lower, back, core, and glutes!!
